We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for a global company as an Administrative Assistant in our growing facility. In this role, you will provide crucial support to multiple functions, including Customer Service, Manufacturing and Facilities & Maintenance to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Support the leadership team with various administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to event planning, coordination, handling mail and tour management.

• Assist with managing calendars and other administrative responsibilities for leadership.

• Responsible for office communications, including internal communications.

• Maintain the conference rooms, break areas, and facilities to enhance employee and visitor experience.

• Record appropriate documentation for visitor logs and ensure security within the facility.

• Responsible for the management and performance of office duties including but not limited to greeting visitors, tour scheduling, and maintaining filing systems.

• Organize, enhance, and support employee and visitor experiences on site.

• Assist with purchase orders for supplies and capital investments
