Precision Staffing, Inc is hiring for Recruiting Account Managers in Rock Hill! We are looking for energetic, personable and team oriented individuals interested in long-term careers. These exciting opportunities will be direct hires with Precision Staffing, Inc. as we continue to grow in the Rock Hill area.

This role requires responsibility to hire talent for various clients, matching skill set to job requirements and selecting qualified employees through in-depth interviewing. You are responsible for recruiting, on-boarding talent, coaching/counseling and client customer service. Previous HR experience is preferred!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and competing deadlines with ease.

-Engaging personality, extroverted with a “customer service” mindset

-Excellent communication skills

-Very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Some College preferred
