We are seeking a highly motivated and highly organized Operations Coordinator for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in Lexington, Ky. You will provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor while effectively communicating with managers regarding production status, priorities, and operational needs. This role is a 50/50 split of your time being in a office and on the production floor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Perform walk-through's and assist with completion of items to maintain facility in an audit ready state using 6S principles.
• Support implementation of process improvements that enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Daily and weekly coordination of activities to ensure production schedule is met.
• Assist with tracking production metrics, identifying trends, and supporting follow-up actions to improve performance.
• Assist with Manufacturing operations as needed
• Perform additional projects, operational support tasks, and other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE-

B.S. or A.S from a college or university or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; SAP experience is a plus but not required.
