Human Resources Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources professional to lead our HR initiatives in an Industrial environment. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and organizational development. Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic HR programs focused on employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development to foster organizational growth.
- Oversee employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting employee evaluations, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Manage payroll processes accurately utilizing systems to ensure timely compensation delivery.
- Design and implement organization structure improvements and process enhancements for HR operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training & development sessions focused on skills enhancement, compliance training (OSHA), conflict management, and leadership growth.
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational restructuring or strategic shifts to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a minimum of five years in roles involving supervising teams and managing complex HR functions.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, Workers’ Compensation policies, and compliance regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
- Strong background in performance management processes including employee evaluation systems and succession planning initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data collection metrics for continuous process improvement and strategic planning purposes.
