We are looking for the right individual to help problem solve & optimize an international supply chain operations by focusing on improving visibility of inter-company inventory movements and order fulfillment.

This role will work closely with Supply Planners, Supply Warehouses, and Logistics teams to gather and consolidate order and shipment data into a centralized reporting database. The successful candidate will help create tools and reports that provide visibility to open orders, back-orders, in-transit shipments, and inter-company fill rates.

You will need to be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with large data sets, and experienced in supply chain and logistics processes.

Qualifications:

Required-

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Data analysis and reporting
• Data cleansing and validation

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple data requests.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience working with large datasets.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or distribution operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or SAGE.
• Experience developing supply chain KPI reports and dashboards.
