Job Description
Precision Staffing, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Lexington team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, have an engaging personality with a “customer service” mindset and operate at all times with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, filing and organizing employee records
- Facilitate new hire process; on-boarding, orientations, time clock management, etc.
- Provide support to Recruiters and management.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- At least 2 years college education
