What you will do:

• Full cycle recruiting; sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and hiring solid candidates for our clients.
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct on-boarding and ensure new hire process completed.
• Provide coaching/counseling as needed to ensure successful candidates.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service by assisting and addressing needs and issues.
• Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years college education or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage various tasks simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Detail Oriented and organized.
